Scrappy Chevron Picnic Quilt

I have exciting news!  This project is now featured on Moda Bake Shop.

Finished-4

It’s an easy project that just takes one layer cake plus one yard of background and some binding fabric.  The quilt finishes about 56” square and can easily be pieced in a day.  So grab a cup of coffee (and a layer cake!) and head over to Moda Bake Shop for the tutorial.

So glad you’ve created this pretty project for Moda Bake Shop! I hadn’t seen your blog before, so now I’ll have a look around to see what else you are up to.

    Hi Rhonda,

Your picnic quilt is just beautiful. I love the Scrumptious line and your pattern looks like fun and easy quilt pattern! I submitted my first pattern to MBS about 2 weeks ago and I am trying to be patient for a responce back. If you do not mind me asking, how long was it from when you submitted your idea to them that you heard back?

    Thank you so much!
    Cheryl
