Recently I found a Boho jelly roll in my stash and cut it up for this Road to Oklahoma quilt. Because there is so much background in the quilt I wanted to make a pieced border to add a little more color. Of course there wasn’t quite enough left over from the jelly roll strips but luckily I also had a charm pack of this fabric so was able to cut a few squares to finish the border.
The quilting is a pantograph called Tickle Too.
This is a traditional block and I didn’t have a pattern, so I wrote one and it’s now posted on the “Free Patterns” page here.

Lovely! I really like the border you added to the quilt.

I love the Road to Oklahoma pattern when you are using scraps. It really works well with the jelly roll you picked. I love your border too. Thank you for sharing.
Your quilt is beautiful!! Where did you get the pattern?

This has turned out really nicely – a great use of your Jelly Roll.
Perfect border for a lovely quilt!
The colors look wonderful against the crisp white. Beautiful quilt!
